ACTIVITIES REPORT
Partners' Institution:
WSINF
Project's period (from/to):
01 January 2010 - 31 October 2011
WPs concerned:
WP 4 - Exploitation

Objectives of activities carried out:
National coordination of the activities within this package whose main objective is to expand the portal's use within the national potentials.

Description of activities carried out:
4 institutions were contacted in order to familiarize them with the portal contents. 2 of them educational institutions (e.g. Medical academy- educating prospective physiotherapists), a hospital (employing formal care-givers - palliative nurses) and two rehabilitation centres employing physios and rehab nurses
Furthermore letters of intent have been signed by parnter institutions and public bodies

Outcomes:
Letters to institutions were sent and talks were held - Medical Academy has declared to use the portal contents during their next year's syllabus and one of the rehab centres is ready to train their workers but the Polish translations on the course are a must
Project has been presented at many coferences, workshops and meetings for language teachers and what is more at professional conferences (three of which were organised and addressed directly at physiotherapists and nurses)

Evaluation of the work undertaken:
Plenty of problems encountered when creating a list of institutions hyperlinked with the project portal. Many of them objected to uploading the link due to different reasons (website security, policies of the website management and content etc.) WSInf is working on this phase and soon the list will be ready
