During a regional competition held to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Unity of Italy the Vocational Institute for Hotel Management F. Martini of Montecatini (Pistaia- Tuscany)offered a lunch in the three colours of the Italian flag. The Head Teacher of the school presented all the activities which prepared the contest and in his speech he cited the Lets go Project as an innovative project to develop the learning of foreign languages on line. Political authorities from local and regional institutions had been invited to the lunch offered by the school, with a menu inspired to Italian food in the days of Italian Risorgimento.
