Management of the activities related to the project

Description of activities carried out:

The roles and duties of the project have been assigned from the beginning, in order to fufill all the objectives foreseen. As technical staff were individuated, for this first period, Serena Papi and Riccardo Sgherri, while Francesca Lorenzi and Cinzia Paoli decided to follow the administrative sector. Lorenzo Ricci coordinated and supervised the work, keeping a constant attention on the reactions of the teachers involved and on the overall developing of the project.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:

The work has been carried on in a regular, cooperative way, through project management meetings.
