Management of the activities related to the project

Description of activities carried out:
After the kick-off meeting in january we estabilished the correct procedure to follow and the roles each member of Cosefi had to carry out inside the project. Then we fixed the calendar of the next meetings, in order to:
- control continually the development of the project;
- contact the teachers to be involved in the courses;
- support and help the teachers to fill in the documents requested;
- organize the first meetings for the course O and the course 1.

- regular project management meetings;
- set up of the project team;
- support and help to teachers involved in the project

Evaluation of the work undertaken:
The work has been carried on in a regular, cooperative way, through project management meetings. The scheduled deadlines have been respected.
